About

An artist who built a room —
not a platform.

Natasha Jane Julian is a singer, storyteller, and quiet guide. Her work sits where cinematic music, honest writing, and lived nervous-system practice meet — for the people who’ve been surviving out loud and are ready, finally, to come home.

The long way here

I built this world from the parts of my life I wasn’t supposed to survive out loud — the anxiety, the panic, the health crisis that reorganized what I thought was important, and the long, quiet work of coming back to myself.

For years I moved fast enough to outrun the ache. I was “doing well” on paper and disappearing underneath it. The equation I now teach — Safety + Fun + Focus = Freedom — is the one I had to live my way into before I ever wrote it down.

I’m not a therapist. I’m an artist sharing what let my body catch up with the life I actually wanted. Music, writing, guided reflections, a small membership room. Slow work. Closer, not louder.
